Work Mode - WFH

Experience - 6+ years in Medical Coding (Relevant Speciality), 2+ years in Auditing

Specialties :

1. Neurosurgery / Orthopaedic Surgery

2. Cardiovascular Surgery with IVR

Role & responsibilities

• Overall 8-10 years of experience in medical coding, with a strong background in coding audits.
• Candidates who has experience working in Surgery Coding(Neurosurgery,Orthopaedic Surgery,Cardiovascular Surgery,IVR Surgery)
• Candidates will be responsible for conducting client-based coding audits (Retrospective audits).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• In-depth knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, denial management and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and team members.
• Familiarity with coding software and electronic health records (EHR).
• Organizational skills to manage time and tasks efficiently.
• Problem solving skills: Capability to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in coding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Shift timings -Split Shift
• Work Mode: Work From Home

Preferred candidate profile

• Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required.
