Post: Admin Executive

Education: Any Graduate.

Experience: 1+ year in to admin department.

Key responsibilities:

• Have to maintain daily MIS
• Should have to manage vendor relationship
• Should have to manage the administration related things.
• Should have to resolve the queries.
• Ensure the replenishment of supplies in the pantry and of stationary within the company.
• Ensure coordination with vendors to initiative repair and maintenance of office space and corporate leased apartments, when necessary.
• Working closely with suppliers and vendor to source the most optimal pricing and quality for the company.
• Handle Petty Cash & maintain Petty Cash Records.
• Processing ID and Visiting cards for new joiners and taking care of their issuance.
• Preparing challans for stock movement (inward and outward).
• Other miscellaneous items within the office administration function.
• Giving work support to all the departments.
• Ensure visa extension for expats employed at abroad locations.
• Help, Support, Manage & Facilitate the cab services & pick up & drop facility to the employees.
• Calculate the cost of each proposed business trip and fill in the appropriate forms for pre-approval from management.

Key skill:

• Good at communication skill.
• Should be good at computer skills.
• Should be presentable.
• Should have 1+ year experience in to administration.
• Should be able to manager people.
