Job Overview:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International Voice Process (UK/US). The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer experience while meeting performance metrics.

Job Title: Customer Service Executive International Voice (UK/US)

Location: Manyata Tech Park / Bellandur / Whitefield (Work From Office)
Shift: UK / US Shift (Night / Evening)
CTC: 3.2 7 LPA + Night Allowance + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
• Update and maintain records in CRM systems
• Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
• Meet key performance metrics like AHT, quality, and productivity
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Willingness to work in night shifts (UK/US process)
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
