Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers and PoSPs, resolving queries promptly.
• Support the sales team with pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Prepare and share quotations with partners.
• Coordinate policy issuance and related documentation.
• Maintain sales reports and MIS.
• Collect, organize, and update sales-related data.
• Follow up with customers and PoSPs to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist the sales team in achieving business targets.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Insurance industry experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and the regional language.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong coordination, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
