Immediate Hiring - Aviation Instructor / Digital Marketing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide training to students on various subjects including technical and non-technical subjects
• Conduct lectures and deliver presentations on psychological assessment, counseling, and administrative skills for effective learning outcomes.
• Develop lesson plans and course materials for teaching purposes using Google Apps and other relevant tools.
• Participate in extracurricular activities related to industry events, seminars, workshops, etc.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum design and implementation.

For Digital Marketing:

Handle overall marketing, lead generation and promotional activities of the company

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in a similar role or field (aviation/education).
• Strong communication skills with ability to teach complex concepts effectively.
• Proficiency in multilingual language skills. English is essential. Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi are preferred additional languages.
• Proven Marketing experience and former ROI if possible
