Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Executive to provide support for our HRMS platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong SQL skills, have exposure to HRMS applications or HR processes, and be capable of effectively communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level and second-level support for HRMS applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues within defined SLAs.
Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, issue investigation, and reporting.
Understand HR processes such as Employee Lifecycle Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Payroll, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.
Assist clients with application usage, configurations, and process-related queries.
Participate in user training sessions and product demonstrations when required.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with SQL (Mandatory).
Ability to write complex queries, joins, subqueries, and perform data analysis.
Domain Knowledge
Experience supporting HRMS, Payroll, Recruitment, or Employee Management applications.
Candidates without HRMS experience should have a good understanding of HR functions, responsibilities, and employee lifecycle processes.
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
