Job Description

We are looking for skilled API Test Engineers with strong experience in API Testing, Rest Assured, Java, and Selenium to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute API test cases for RESTful services.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Rest Assured, and Selenium.
• Validate request/response payloads, status codes, headers, and database records.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze test results, log defects, and work closely with developers for resolution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to quality improvements.
• Prepare test reports and provide testing status updates.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in API Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Rest Assured and Java.
• Experience in Selenium WebDriver automation.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP methods, and status codes.
• Experience with API tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Knowledge of TestNG/JUnit and Maven/Gradle.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
