Job Description

• Track IT assets throughout their lifecycle, from procurement and internal movement to disposal and decommissioning.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage the inward and outward movement of IT assets, spares, and equipment.
• Handle hardware replacements, component upgrades, and configuration changes during break/fix activities.
• Manage IT service requests and update ticket statuses using platforms such as Summit and ServiceNow.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for hardware repairs, asset movement, and surplus equipment pickups.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant teams to initiate procurement requests as required.
• Ensure proper asset tagging, documentation, handover, and acknowledgement for all assigned assets.
• Support asset disposal, replacement, recovery, and decommissioning as per company policies.
• Prepare and maintain monthly IMAC (Install, Move, Add & Change) reports.

Education & Experience

• Graduate or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software deployment, and network setups.
• Experience in IT asset management, inventory control, or ticket management will be an advantage.

Desired Skills

• Basic knowledge of desktop, laptop, and other IT hardware components.
• Ability to maintain accurate asset inventories and track equipment movement.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing platforms such as Summit and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of IT asset management databases and inventory tracking systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and tight schedules.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to assist end-users and coordinate with global IT teams.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in asset tagging, documentation, reporting, and compliance.
