Illustrator/Designer (Intern) - Nature Themed Products

WWF-India is one of the largest organisations, engaged in wildlife and nature conservation for over 50 years. We invite applications from candidates for the position of Illustrator/Designer (Intern) - Nature Themed Products to be based in our Delhi office.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Merchandise Design Intern to help conceptualise and develop a new range of wildlife and nature-themed products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about conservation, storytelling through design, and creating meaningful products that support a cause.

Position: Illustrator/Designer (Intern) - Nature Themed Products

Duration: 5–6 Months

Type: Internship (Part-time/Full-time as mutually agreed)

Location: New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Design original wildlife and nature-inspired artwork for merchandise (e.g., apparel, accessories, stationery, eco-products).
• Adapt and format artwork to fit various product specifications and print requirements.
• Prepare production-ready files and mock-ups.
• Liaise with vendors and manufacturers to ensure accurate colour, material, and design execution.
• Review samples and coordinate refinements to achieve desired results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align designs with brand and mission.
  
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Strong illustration and graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
• Should understand wildlife art and anatomy to deliver accurate depiction.
• Understanding of print production and product design considerations.
• Ability to manage timelines and communicate effectively with external vendors.
