- Adhere to deployment procedures define by Change Management Board and Team's guideline
- Ensure Deployment package adhere to packaging standards
- Reviewed and validate deployment packages rollback procedures
- Ensure only the requested deployment packages are deployed.
- Post deployment support - issues are escalated and communicated to stake holders. Review and troubleshoot deployment issues with Developers/ Analysts if required. Environment Management
- Provide technical leadership and consultation for projects
- Accurate and timely reporting on progress status
- Contribute to the delivery of projects and change to budget and schedule, and to agreed criteria for success
- Meet the requirements of ISAE3402 and other audits, by ensuring compliance with the project methodology and with policies
- Ensure adherence to group policies and best practice with regards to IT Development, Security, Change and Quality across Development, Test, Production and BCP environments.
- Ensure proper segregation between non-prod and production environments
- Ensure the IT operational aspects are part of any solution
- Ensure software components that are developed, satisfy key architecture principles (eg reliability, robustness, scalability, modularity etc), and are in line with industry best-practices (where possible).
- Pro-active management of risks, issues and scope change Interpersonal Skill
- Working to instill ownership, shared decision-making and seeks to improve quality, service and productivity
- Effective teamwork through collaboration, enabling the sharing of skills, experience and ideas

- Guide and help the junior resources with the Technical Knowledge.
- Ensure all the Business\Stake holder queries are addressed with proper clarity . Technical & Behavioral Competencies Technical Competencies Required:
- 5+ year experience in a support role.
- Experience in a technology change management capacity, preferably in the Financial services industry
- 3+ year experience with Microsoft products such as
- SQL Administrations - Install and manage multiple SQL Server instances in a clustered environment, SQL replication, SQL Reporting and Analysis Services (ability to read and write TSQL )
- IIS administration
- Windows server administration
- Windows work station administration
- Microsoft Office Products
- Managing MSMQ Experience in organisations using some/ most of the following:
- Microsoft Sql Server (DBA & Scripting)
- .Net
- BizTalk
- Active Directory services
- DNS

- IBM MQ
- CyberArk
- SharePoint
- Scripting languages - Powershell, command shell
- Terminal Server/ Citrix or AppV Administration

Experience
- Technical support experience in Production or testing environment
- Experience working with multiple teams across several IT platforms
- Experience working with teams across several locations / time-zones including offshore
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of ITIL and change management methodology
- Ability to assess deployment/ change risks
- Experience in custody or back-office administration for the funds management industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
