IICS / Informatica Developer

We are looking for an experienced IICS / Informatica Developer with 3-8 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), ETL Development, and Data Warehousing projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building enterprise-scale data integration solutions and should be capable of handling end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and IICS.
• Develop mappings, workflows, taskflows, and reusable components.
• Build and support large-scale data integration and migration solutions.
• Work on Data Warehousing and enterprise reporting projects.
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, packages, and scripts.
• Create and maintain Unix Shell scripts for scheduling and automation.
• Participate in complete SDLC activities including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Interact directly with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Troubleshoot data integration and production issues.
• Ensure data quality, performance, governance, and reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data and application issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Informatica Development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter and IICS.
• Experience working on Data Warehousing projects.
• Strong PL/SQL development skills.
• Good Unix Shell Scripting knowledge.
• Experience in ETL design, development, and support.
• Exposure to Informatica Cloud, CDI, or IDMC is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile delivery environment.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and managing delivery ownership.
