IIB Developer - 6+ Years Experience RoleIBM Integration Bus (IIB) / IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) Developer
Experience6+ years in integration development, preferably with strong hands-on experience in IIB/ACE.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using IBM IIB / ACE.
- Develop message flows using:
- Compute
- Mapping
- Filter
- Route
- MQ
- HTTP/REST
- SOAP
- File
- Database
- Timer/Scheduler nodes
- Develop integrations using ESQL, Java, and message mapping.
- Work with IBM MQ for synchronous and asynchronous messaging.
- Develop REST and SOAP APIs and integrate with external/internal applications.
- Handle various message formats including JSON, XML, CSV, and fixed-length.
- Implement message transformation, routing, enrichment, validation, and exception handling.
- Design reusable and configurable integration components.
- Implement error handling using TryCatch, Failure terminals, exception handling, and MQ-based error queues.
- Configure and manage MQ queues, topics, channels, and security.
- Develop database integrations using SQL and JDBC.
- Implement logging, monitoring, auditing, and operational support mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Optimize message flows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
