About this role
We are hiring experienced Female iGaming Telecalling Agents for a full-time Work From Home position.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, following up with leads, converting interested customers, maintaining customer relationships and achieving assigned sales and conversion targets.
Previous experience in the iGaming / Online Gaming industry is mandatory. Candidates without relevant iGaming experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to assigned customers and leads
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Convert interested leads into active customers
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers
• Support customer retention and reactivation
• Maintain proper records of calls and customer status
• Achieve daily and monthly sales/conversion targets
• Coordinate with the team regarding customer requirements and issues
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous iGaming / Online Gaming industry experience is mandatory
• Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Sales or Customer Conversion
• Good Hindi communication skills
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong customer handling and convincing skills
• Confident in outbound sales calls and follow-ups
• Target-oriented and responsible
• Must have Laptop/Desktop
• Stable internet connection required
• Comfortable working independently from home
