Job Description: IFS Cloud Technical Consultant (ERP/EAM)

Location & Work Model

Experience Required

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with IFS Cloud
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical Developer in either IFS Cloud ERP or IFS Cloud EAM environments
• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end IFS Cloud implementations (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support IFS Cloud solutions across ERP, EAM, and Manufacturing modules.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize technical solutions within IFS Cloud environments.
• Support manufacturing and asset management processes through system configuration and customization.
• Work with integrations, data migration, reporting, and security configurations.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams during implementation and support engagements.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong implementation and configuration experience in IFS Cloud ERP, EAM, and Manufacturing modules, including:
• Production
• Shop Orders
• Work Centers
• Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Routings
• Manufacturing Execution
• Hands-on experience with core EAM processes, including:
• Preventive Maintenance (PM) Programs
• Work Orders
• Resources
• Failure Codes
• Materials Management
• Working knowledge of:
• IFS Projections and REST APIs
• IFS Connect
• Security and Permission Sets
• Data Migration Tools
• Strong Oracle PL/SQL skills for troubleshooting and report development.
• Understanding of discrete and/or process manufacturing workflows and their integration with the IFS Cloud Manufacturing module.
• Exposure to MES (Manufacturing Execution System) integrations with IFS Cloud for:
• Production Order Management
• Quality Control
• Shop Floor Reporting
• Knowledge of:
• OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
• Manufacturing KPIs
• Shop Floor Performance Tracking in IFS Cloud

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of IFS Cloud experience
• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end IFS Cloud implementations
• Experience in either IFS Cloud ERP or IFS Cloud EAM environments

Nice to Have

• Integration development and implementation experience

Preferred Certifications

• IFS Certified Practitioner Technical Consultant (Required)
• IFS Functional Certified Practitioner Financials, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Project (Preferred)
• IFS Certified Practitioner Integration Developer
• IFS Practitioner Consultant Asset Management (IFS Cloud)
