IELTS Demo Trainer - Part Time Consultant (Remote)

Role Overview

We are looking for high-impact Demo Trainers who can deliver engaging product/course demonstrations and drive conversions through effective follow-ups. This role requires a strong blend of training delivery, consultative selling, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Demo Delivery

• Conduct end-to-end product/course demos for prospective students/customers
• Personalize demos based on learner needs, goals, and profile
• Clearly communicate the value proposition and outcomes
• Handle live objections confidently during the demo

2. Sales Conversion

• Drive enrollments/conversions from assigned demo leads
• Build urgency and guide prospects toward decision-making
• Maintain high conversion ratios through structured selling

3. Follow-ups & Lead Management

• Execute timely and strategic follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, email
• Track and manage leads in CRM
• Ensure no lead leakage and maintain pipeline hygiene

4. Consultative Selling

• Understand customer goals, challenges, and motivations
• Recommend the right product/course based on fit
• Build trust and long-term relationships with prospects

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven sales acumen (objection handling, closing techniques)
• Ability to create engagement and FOMO during demos
• High ownership and accountability for revenue targets
• Structured follow-up discipline
• Active listening and need analysis

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in demo-based selling (IELTS/PTE/online courses preferred)
