Role & responsibilities

• Experience: 7-10+ years of hands-on Industrial Engineering experience in an apparel/garment manufacturing facility, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Technical Skills:
• Deep mastery of GSD (Garment Sewing Data), Time & Motion studies, and Operation Bulletin (OB) software.
• Expert knowledge of sewing line balancing and machinery allocation.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) are highly preferred. [1]

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a highly analytical and leadership-driven Industrial Engineering Manager to design, optimize, and streamline our garment production facilities. In this role, you will lead the Industrial Engineering (IE) department to maximize sewing line efficiency, eliminate waste via lean manufacturing methodology, monitor operational KPIs, and oversee seamless style changeovers. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between pre-production planning and factory-floor execution while cultivating a highly-skilled workforce.
