Salary:

• Freshers: Up to 17,000/month
• Experienced: Up to 25,000/month

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products/services to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle voice processes effectively.
• Proficiency in handling inbound/outbound calls, Telesales, and customer support roles.
