Description
We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in identity and access management, with a focus on designing and implementing robust IAM solutions to enhance security and streamline access control.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop identity management policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze identity management systems for performance and security issues.
- Perform regular audits and assessments of identity management processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for identity management systems.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in identity management or related IT security roles.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and technologies.
- Experience with identity governance, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Familiarity with IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, or Microsoft Azure AD.
- Knowledge of security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
