Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist - IBM Tivoli (TIM/TAM)

We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist with hands-on expertise in IBM Tivoli Identity Manager (TIM/ITIM), IBM Tivoli Access Manager (TAM/ISAM), LDAP, and WebSphere Application Server. The candidate will be responsible for user provisioning, access management, authentication, LDAP administration, troubleshooting, and production support in enterprise IAM environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle management.
• Administer TIM/ITIM provisioning policies, workflows, and access controls.
• Support TAM/ISAM WebSEAL, Policy Server, ACLs, POPs, and junction configuration.
• Perform LDAP administration, replication, directory maintenance, and LDAPS configuration.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access issues.
• Manage certificates, keystores, truststores, and SSL/TLS configurations.
• Support WebSphere Application Server and enterprise IAM integrations.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and participate in on-call activities.
