ICU - Senior Staff Nurse

1. Providing direct
support and assistant to the care giver.

2. Nursing
administration and development of nursing staffs.

3. Officiate in the
absences of ANS.

4. Develop and assist
with the implementation of policy and procedures for the quality assurance and
improvement function of nursing services to assure improve nursing compliance
with NABH and JCI.

5. Develop and
maintain good relation with staff and physician and other stake holders to
patient care.

6. Act as a liaison
between quality and nursing department for improving function of nursing
services.

7. Conduct and utilize
result of audit/quality improvement and/or research activities to improve
patient care as learning experiences for staff.

8. Develop hands on
educational programme s with help of education department ensuring training is
completed on time.

9. Help in ACLS and
BLS training round the year by sending the nursing personnel to the respective
department.

10. Identify training
need of ICU staff.

11. Conduct and assist
in all types of audit for the better patient care and clinical outcome.

12. Perform all other
related duties incidental to the work described as required by Director of
Nursing.
