Roles & Responsibilities Critical Care / ICU

• Manage and monitor critically ill and high-risk patients in the ICU.
• Handle ventilated patients, sepsis, shock, respiratory failure, and multi-organ failure.
• Perform airway management, resuscitation, and emergency critical-care procedures.
• Respond promptly to ICU emergencies and patient deterioration.
• Coordinate with specialists and multidisciplinary teams for patient management.
• Provide emergency and on-call support as per hospital requirements.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow patient-safety and critical-care protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred: MD/DNB Critical Care, IDCCM, IFCCM, FNB Critical Care, or MD/DNB Anaesthesia with strong ICU/critical-care experience.
