Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the companys technology infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail and manufacturing tech processes, ERP systems used in the jewellery sector, and data security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure & Network Management:
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, security systems, and hardware.
• Handle end-to-end IT processes, including user account management, system access, asset management, software licensing, and IT support.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute IT infrastructure setup for new branch offices, including network, hardware, and connectivity requirements.
• Software & ERP Systems:
• Oversee implementation, customization, and support for ERP systems
• Liaise with software vendors and ensure smooth integration with business operations.
• Security & Compliance:
• Implement data protection and cybersecurity measures specific to sensitive jewellery design, inventory, and client data.
• Ensure IT policies comply with industry regulations and internal SOPs.
• User Support & Training:
• Provide end-user support and training across departments.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate where necessary.
• Project & Vendor Management:
• Lead IT-related projects such as software upgrades, digital transformation,
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and licenses.
• Prepare reports on system performance, usage, and upgrades.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12 + years of experience in IT roles, preferably within jewellery industry.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and inventory management software specific to jewellery.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with branch IT setups and display security
