Process: ICICI Home Loan (HL), Personal Loan (PL) & Auto Loan (AL) Sales

Job Type: Voice Process Outbound Sales
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Day Rotational Shift
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Eligibility & Salary:-

Graduate + Minimum 6 Months Outbound Experience

• CTC: 35,000 per month
• In-Hand Salary: 29,000 per month

HSC + Minimum 6 Months Outbound Experience

• CTC: 30,000 per month
• In-Hand Salary: 24,000 per month

Job Requirements:-

• Excellent English communication skills
• Minimum 6 months of outbound calling experience
• Sales or telecalling experience preferred
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Good customer-handling skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment

Job Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Promote ICICI Home Loan, Personal Loan and Auto Loan products
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products
• Explain product features, eligibility and benefits clearly
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Follow up with interested customers and work towards achieving sales targets
