About the Role

StarZen is looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) and Digital Twin platforms. The role involves translating business and operational needs into product features that combine real-time data, IoT, geospatial maps, analytics, and AI-driven decision support.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes.
• Convert stakeholder requirements into user stories, product backlogs, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering, GIS, IoT, data, AI, and architecture teams to deliver platform features.
• Manage product demonstrations, UAT, releases, and user adoption.
• Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Strong experience managing technical products, roadmaps, backlogs, and releases.
• Experience with ICCC, Digital Twin, Smart City, or similar operational technology platforms.
• Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, IoT, GIS/geospatial data, and analytics.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline.

Ideal Candidate

A Technical Product Manager or Product Owner who has delivered complex technology platforms and can bridge business requirements with technical execution. Experience in command centres, smart cities, digital twins, or infrastructure monitoring will be highly preferred.
