IC3 Functional Consultant - OFSAA ERM Suite - Bengaluru/ Mumbai

Job Summary

Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced OFSAA ERM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, testing, and validation of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) risk solutions. The role will work across modules such as ALM, LRM, Basel, FTP and PFT, translating banking and risk requirements into functional configurations and validated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business and regulatory requirements across ALM/IRRBB, Liquidity, Basel, FTP and stress testing.
• Work with senior consultants and stakeholders to analyse requirements, identify gaps, and prepare functional specifications and mapping documents.
• Perform hands-on OFSAA functional configuration, including product behaviours, bucketing rules, scenarios, assumptions, allocation rules, transformation rules and calculation rules.
• Configure and maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, member attributes and rule dependencies.
• Execute functional scenarios during SIT/UAT and validate cash flows, balances, rates, risk metrics and other outputs against expected results.
• Support reconciliation of OFSAA outputs with source data and business expectations.
• Review functional data requirements, mappings, data dictionaries and DIM/FCT structures in collaboration with technical and data teams.
• Prepare test cases, expected results, traceability matrices and configuration documentation.
• Analyse functional defects, support root-cause investigation and work with technical teams through resolution.
• Participate in client workshops, walkthroughs, solution demonstrations and functional discussions.
• Support user training, handover documentation and production-readiness activities.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, data engineers, QA teams and senior functional leads to deliver assigned modules or workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in OFSAA, risk or finance functional consulting.
• Hands-on experience with at least one OFSAA ERM module, such as: ALM, LRM, Basel, FTP, PFT
• Strong understanding of banking products including loans, deposits, securities, derivatives and cash management.
• Working knowledge of ALM/IRRBB, Liquidity (LCR/NSFR), Basel regulatory requirements and FTP concepts.
• Understanding of OFSAA Rule Framework, Cash Flow Engine, DIM/FCT structures, scenarios and assumption setups.
• Ability to translate business and risk requirements into OFSAA functional configurations and test scenarios.
• Experience with functional testing, data validation, reconciliation and defect analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good documentation and communication capabilities.
• Ability to work independently on assigned functional areas while collaborating with senior consultants and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with regulatory frameworks such as RBI, EBA, Fed, PRA or MAS.
• Exposure to ALM/Liquidity analytics, stress testing or quantitative risk concepts.
• Experience participating in client workshops and functional solution demonstrations.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Risk or a related discipline.
• OFSAA, FRM, CFA or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
