IC Technology Development QA & FA Reliability Engineer(39319)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for IQC, IPQC for NTI/NPI activities.
• Ensure SPC for critical process are implemented.
• Knowledgeable on AQL sampling.
• Identify critical processes to implement special check points in the process.
• Update control plans and FMEA
• Ensure calibration of measurement tools are up to date.
• Clear understanding on package reliability (AECQ-100.
• Able to drive reliability activities as per the plan to ensure results are published on time.

• Experience in semiconductor backend processes and reliability.
• Good networking with suppliers to obtain efficient support.
• Able to understand customer s requirement.
• Good understanding on creating WI, SOP.
• Strong presentation skills with excellent networking skills.
• Excellent English communication to work with a diverse cross-functional culture.
• Able to work under pressure to deliver task on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Science Engineering.

Desired Experience Level:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging.
