About this role
Consolidate financial statements for all group companies/subsidiaries
Comply with all mandatory Accounting standards and statutory requirements and timelines Maintain proper books of account including Debtors & Creditors ledgers etc and book various items of expenditure under proper heads of account
Maintain and update general ledger accounts (Fixed Assets, Debtors, Creditors etc.) on a
regular basis; Ensure accuracy of data uploaded onto the SAP system
Review the basis for significant accounting estimates and nature of unusual, non-recurring
and/ or extraordinary items, their treatment and impact on the financial statements
Prepare all required financial MIS and Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash flow Statements, Budget notes etc.) in a timely manner
Make continuous projections for balance sheet
Prepare and submit Department MIS in a timely and efficient manner
Contribute to the Knowledge Management initiatives of the Department
