IBP Consultant

Experience: 3–14 years
Skill Set: SAP IBP Demand, OBP, Time Series, or Supply
Implementation Experience: 1–2 implementations in at least one of the above modules

We are looking for experienced SAP IBP Consultants with hands-on experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across Demand Planning, Order-Based Planning (OBP), Time Series Planning, or Supply Planning. The ideal candidate should have relevant implementation experience and the ability to support business requirements, configure solutions, and deliver SAP IBP projects.

• Participate in SAP IBP implementation projects across Demand, OBP, Time Series, or Supply Planning.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.

• Configure and customize SAP IBP planning areas, key figures, master data, planning operators, and related functionalities as per project requirements.

• Support solution design, testing, validation, and deployment activities.

• Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

• Troubleshoot planning issues and provide functional support where required.

• Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer.

• 3–14 years of relevant SAP IBP experience.

• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following modules:

  • SAP IBP Demand Planning

  • SAP IBP Order-Based Planning (OBP)

  • SAP IBP Time Series Planning

  • SAP IBP Supply Planning

• Experience in at least 1–2 SAP IBP implementations in any one or more of the above modules.

• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.

• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and implementation activities.

• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.

• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.

• Knowledge of SAP CPI-DS, SAP Cloud Integration, or other relevant integration tools.

• Experience in production support, enhancements, and resolving planning-related issues.

Note: Candidates with relevant hands-on implementation experience in any one of the specified SAP IBP modules are eligible. Experience across all four modules is not mandatory.
