IBMS Technician

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor and operate IBMS/BMS and HVAC systems including AHU, FCU and chillers.
• Troubleshoot alarms, sensors, DDC controllers, actuators and field devices.
• Support Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, PA and other ELV systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of IBMS/BMS equipment.
• Check control panels, wiring, sensors and electrical systems.
• Read electrical/control drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Attend breakdowns and respond to system alarms.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors and facility teams for troubleshooting.
• Maintain daily logs, maintenance reports and service records.
• Support IBMS installation, testing, commissioning and modifications.
• Follow site safety procedures and escalate major technical issues.
