IBM WebSphere Middleware Administrator (WAS / Portal / BAW)

Conduent is hiring an experienced IBM WebSphere Middleware Administrator to manage and support enterprise middleware platforms including IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), WebSphere Portal, IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), and IBM HTTP Server (IHS).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server environments.
• Manage clusters, deployment managers, nodes, JVMs, virtual hosts, JDBC resources, and shared libraries.
• Support WebSphere Portal and IBM BAW environments.
• Deploy applications, perform middleware upgrades, patching, and release activities.
• Build and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts.
• Manage SSL certificates, security configurations, and IAM integrations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize middleware performance in production environments.
• Provide on-call support for critical enterprise applications.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of Middleware Administration experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on WebSphere Application Server Administration.
• 5+ years of WebSphere Portal Administration.
• 5+ years of IBM BAW/WebSphere Process Server Administration.
• Experience with Jenkins, Linux, Scripting, SSL, IAM, and Enterprise Production Support.
