IBM Sterling OMS Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS)
• Develop custom components and enhancements using Java and related technologies
• Configure and customize IBM Sterling OMS to support business requirements
• Develop and maintain APIs, services, and system integrations
• Participate in solution design, technical discussions, and code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Solution Architects
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Support system testing, deployment activities, and production releases
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to development best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS)
• Strong Java development experience
• Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices
• Experience integrating IBM Sterling OMS with enterprise applications such as ERP, WMS, eCommerce platforms, and payment systems
• Strong understanding of Order Management and Supply Chain business processes
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
