Key Responsibilities

ISAM Development & Integration

• Design and develop authentication, authorization, and federation solutions using IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM).
• Develop and customize authentication mechanisms, access policies, and identity workflows.
• Configure and develop APIs, connectors, and integrations with enterprise applications.
• Implement SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, and customer onboarding journeys.
• Develop custom JavaScript mapping rules, API protection policies, and identity orchestration flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication and access management issues.

Platform Administration & Configuration

• Manage ISAM environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
• Configure:
• Reverse Proxy (WebSEAL)
• Federation Services
• Access Control Policies
• Authentication Policies
• Multi-Factor Authentication
• Identity Mapping Rules
• API Protection Policies
• Support platform upgrades, patching, deployments, and environment maintenance.
• Monitor platform health, capacity, availability, and security compliance.
• Maintain configuration standards, operational procedures, and governance controls.
