IBM BPM Developer

Job Summary

Location: Bengaluru, India | Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for IBM BPM Developer with strong experience in IBM BPM 8.6, complex process development, UI framework development, integration services, and REST API consumption. Experience in banking or financial enterprise environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex business processes and end-to-end solutions using IBM BPM.
• Design Business Process Definitions (BPDs) and build UIs using the IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework.
• Develop CSHS and integration services and consume REST APIs.
• Manage process application deployments.
• Integrate IBM BPM with Oracle RDBMS and IBM ODM.
• Implement events, gateways, and robust process- and service-level exception handling.
• Follow coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to maintain solution quality and technical architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IBM BPM development experience.
• Strong expertise in IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework and complex process development.
• Experience with BPD design, CSHS, integration services, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of process application deployments, events, and gateways.
• Experience integrating IBM BPM with Oracle RDBMS and ODM.
• Strong exception-handling, testing, and documentation skills.
• Banking, financial services, or FinTech experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
