About this role
We are looking for an Identity Access Management (IAM) Operations Engineer to join a 24/7 infrastructure services operations team responsible for incident management, problem investigation, operational support, and proactive maintenance. The role requires hands-on experience providing L2 Support for Azure AD OR Entra ID OR Okta OR SailPoint OR OIM OR ForgeRock environments and troubleshooting authentication and access-related issues involving SAML, OAuth, and OIDC technologies.
Key Responsibilities - Provide technology operations support during assigned shifts in a 24/7 production environment.
- Support and administer Azure AD OR Entra ID OR Okta OR SailPoint OR OIM OR ForgeRock platforms at the L2 Support level based on operational requirements.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to identity, authentication, and access management services.
- Analyze and resolve authentication issues involving SAML, OAuth, and OIDC integrations.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with established operational processes.
- Document incidents, root cause analyses, resolutions, and operational activities following defined standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and maintain service availability.
- Perform proactive maintenance and operational checks to ensure system stability and high uptime.
- Adhere strictly to change control, escalation, and operational governance procedures.
- Engage with end users and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in shift rotations, on-call schedules, weekend support, and holiday coverage as required.

- ("SAML" AND ("OAuth" OR OIDC))
- 3+ years of experience working with at least one of the following IAM solutions: Azure AD OR Entra ID OR Okta OR SailPoint OR OIM OR ForgeRock.
- Experience providing operational and production support in enterprise IAM environments.
- Experience working within a 24/7 support or operations model.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call support.
