Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IAM Engineer (L3) / IAM Lead to manage and enhance our Identity & Access Management services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Identity Governance, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Conditional Access, MFA, Single Sign-On (SSO), and IAM Governance.

This role will be responsible for handling L3 escalations, driving IAM governance, supporting audits and compliance initiatives, improving identity lifecycle processes, and leading enterprise application integrations

Job Description:

6-12 years of overall IT experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID administration.
• Experience handling L3 support and complex IAM escalations.
• Proven expertise in PIM, Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Governance.
• Strong troubleshooting, automation, and governance experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
