IAM Engineer

• Manage endtoend user lifecycle operations joiner mover leaver using ServiceNow
• Provision and revoke logical access for users across applications and systems
• Administer O365 access including licenses DLs shared mailboxes and shared drives
• Create and manage Active Directory security groups for structured access control
• Handle OKTA access provisioning role assignments and deprovisioning
• Support MFA issues and perform password resets
• Manage application access based on role and business requirements
• Monitor and resolve IAMrelated incidents within SLA
• Generate user access reports using PowerShell and SQL
• Support IAM audits including access validation evidence preparation and remediation tracking
• Provide SOX compliance evidence and maintain audit documentation
