About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled

IAM Developer with expertise in

Transmit Security to join our Digital Identity Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions that deliver secure, seamless, and scalable digital identity experiences. This role requires strong experience in authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), identity orchestration, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native technologies. You will collaborate with architects, application teams, cybersecurity, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to implement secure identity solutions while ensuring high availability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Identity & Access Management Development

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise IAM solutions using

Transmit Security .

• Build and enhance Digital Identity capabilities for customer-facing and internal applications.
• Develop secure authentication and authorization workflows that align with enterprise security standards.
• Configure and implement identity orchestration, authentication journeys, and adaptive authentication policies.

Identity Platform Engineering

• Develop and maintain solutions for:
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Adaptive Authentication
• Identity Lifecycle Management
• Access Management
• Identity Federation
• Identity Orchestration
• Ensure scalable, secure, and highly available identity services.

Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise software applications supporting IAM services.
• Develop backend services using

Java or

Python .

• Build RESTful APIs and integration services for authentication and identity workflows.
• Develop reusable components and automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.

CI/CD & Infrastructure Automation

• Design and implement automated deployment pipelines using:
• Jenkins
• Terraform
• Ansible
• AWS CloudFormation
• Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives for IAM platform deployment.
• Automate configuration management and release processes.

Cloud & Platform Integration

• Deploy and manage IAM solutions within AWS cloud environments.
• Integrate IAM services with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party identity providers.
• Ensure cloud security best practices are followed for identity services.

Operations & Production Support

• Provide

Level 3 production support for the Digital Identity Services Platform.

• Troubleshoot authentication failures, identity platform issues, and integration challenges.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Participate in on-call support and incident resolution when required.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure IAM solutions comply with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Implement secure coding practices and identity security controls.
• Participate in security assessments, audits, and vulnerability remediation activities.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, installation guides, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, cybersecurity teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), application security, or software development.
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise IAM and digital identity solutions.

Cloud Skills
