IAM Analyst - Mainframe

Job Title: IAM Analyst- Mainframe Access Provisioning

Location : Hyderabad

Experience: 6+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision, modify, and revoke user access in RACF/ACF2 environments.
• Manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) access requests.
• Ensure access provisioning complies with security policies, approvals, and SLAs.
• Support access reviews, audit requirements, and compliance activities.
• Resolve access-related incidents and collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and IAM automation initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with IBM z/OS security administration.
• Strong knowledge of RACF and/or ACF2.
• Understanding of IAM, RBAC, Least Privilege, and SoD concepts.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
