IAM Administrator Cloud COE

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the provisioning and deprovisioning of user access to systems and applications using Savyint IGA, AD Users and Computers applet from a windows desktop, or directly within an application itself.
• Follow defined processes for onboarding and offboarding employees, contractors, and partners.
• Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Troubleshoot access issues and provide timely resolution.
• Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) to align user access with job responsibilities.

Position Requirements:

• Proven experience in provisioning and deprovisioning user access in an enterprise environment.
• Experience using scripts and automation to shorten the time to onboard/provision/deprovision user and system access.
• Strong understanding of access control principles and security best practices.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Amazon AWS IAM roles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate with IT and business partners in easy-to-understand non-technical terms.

Desired Competencies:

• Expertise in Savyint IGA system for managing user access
• Certification in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related field.
• Experience with implementing access provisioning solutions in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of identity governance and administration (IGA) tools.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS Cloud environment and basic identity functions native to that platform.
