I.T. Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain network performance (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity).
• Manage user accounts, email setups, and access permissions.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems in a timely manner.
• Ensure data backup, security, and recovery processes are in place.
• Maintain IT inventory including hardware and software assets.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and support.
• Assist in implementation of new software, systems, or upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Active Monitoring and Timely Completion of Digital Initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 24 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, basic Linux preferred).
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Familiarity with MS Office, email servers, and basic cybersecurity practices.
