Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network configuration.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Provide support for end-users on desktop applications and troubleshoot issues with printers, scanners, etc.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical problems.

Job Requirements :

• 2-15 years of experience in an IT role or equivalent education/training.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system administration (Windows Server).
• Proficiency in configuring firewalls, routers, switches; basic networking concepts.
