About this role
We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Process Excellence team in the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and process excellence, with 10-15 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive change initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs for process changes.
