Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Independently drive Insurance projects spanning areas such as claims transformation, distribution and marketing transformation, cost reduction, digital transformation, tech/ ops transformation, applied intelligence, analytics, automation and so on.
- Actively engage on business development opportunities and RFIs/RFPs to win new business for Accenture
- Navigate through a dynamic environment and effectively lead multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Harness your extensive knowledge to co-create assets and accelerators that will help deliver work or bring in new work to Accenture.
- Empower your teams with the necessary strategies and tools to ensure high performance in their engagements
- Engage with senior management as part of go to market team and assists in sales and project delivery
- Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:Demonstrable experience leading workstreams and owning client deliverables from an operational or change background, gained over 5+ years in the Life, Pensions & Investments sectorHands-on business change and/or business architecture experience in the UK LP&I marketAbility to take responsibility for and lead the analysis and design of strategic business solutionsStrong consulting and business acumen with extensive knowledge of LP&I products and value chainGood client engagement skills to be demonstrated during the entire project lifecycle, including at C-Suite and C-1 levelProven track record of building strong, lasting business relationships with senior stakeholdersAbility to produce high calibre reports, PoVs, market relevant assets and acceleratorsInnovative and with a strong ability to articulate ideas, bringing them to life visually and presenting them to clients and stakeholdersGood understanding of IT fundamentals and different categories of financial services systemsExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsExtremely thorough, inquisitive and hard-working behaviours with a genuine desire to improve outcomes for clients and consumersCross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment

Qualification
- Your experience counts!Full time MBA, or equivalent qualification from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution9-18 years of work experience, with a strong track record in the Life, Pensions & Investments industry (e.g. at a leading Life Office, Pension or Retail Investment Provider) or at a consultancy shaping & delivering complex change in the sectorIndustry certifications such as CII, CISI, PMI, or equivalent financial services qualifications are desirableProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView or AlteryxWillingness to travel within the UK and globally, and undertake varying roles at clientsExperience in delivering complex transformation programmes in Life, Pensions & Investments would be preferredExperience in or around one or more of the following areas:Retirement solutions, long-term savings, or life office operationsPensions administration and re-platforming (e.g. Bravura, IFDS, FNZ)Life insurance/protection policy administration systemsRetail investment and wealth management platformsAnalytics, GenAI/Agentic AI applied to LP&I use casesOperating model design and post-M&A integration in financial servicesInsurance Technology landscape (e.g. FinTechs, Software Providers, Cloud Services)
