- undefinedBring your best skills forward to excel in the role:Experience delivering business and technology change within the Life Insurance, Pensions & Retirement sector, gained through industry or consulting rolesStrong knowledge of one or more LP&I domains, including pensions, retail investing, life insurance, annuities, or protectionApplication of knowledge in one of Life Insurance/Protection, Annuities, Pensions, and Retirement Solutions for 3+ yearsMarket experience in the Life, Pensions & Retail Investments UK sector; anywhere from annuities and pensions operations through to life office administration and life insurance/protectionExpertise in particular digital technology and its application to business use cases, such as product/policy administration, operational efficiency, and process improvementGood client engagement skills to be demonstrated during the entire project lifecycleAbility to produce high calibre reports, PoVs, market relevant assets and acceleratorsGood analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insightsAn appreciation of how technology can contribute to solving clients' complex business problems; comfort operating at the intersection of business and technologyExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsAbility to be at ease with ambiguity and identify opportunities through innovative thinkingCross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment.

Full time MBA, PGDM, or equivalent qualification from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution2-9 years of work experience in top Strategy, Management, or Technology Consulting firms, or equivalent work experience within the UK Life, Pensions & Investments industryProven track record of building and sustaining lasting relationships with senior stakeholdersIndustry certifications such as CII, CISI, PMI, or equivalent financial services qualifications are desirableProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView or AlteryxExperience in delivering complex transformation programmes within Life, Pensions & Investments would be preferredExperience in or around one or more of the following areas:Pensions administration and re-platforming (e.g. Bravura, IFDS, FNZ)Life insurance/protection policy administration systemsRetail investment and wealth management platformsAnalytics, GenAI/Agentic AI applied to LP&I use casesOperating model design and post-M&A integration in financial services
