About this role
We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Process Excellence team, with a strong background in process improvement and excellence. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement process excellence strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive process changes.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and inform improvement decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new processes and procedures.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on new processes and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of process improvements and make recommendations for further enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field, preferably in process excellence or operations management.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
