About this role
We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Process Excellence team in the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and energy management, with 10-15 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement process excellence strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs in energy operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive process changes.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and inform optimization efforts.
- Lead and manage a team of process excellence professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes and improvements.
- Communicate process improvements and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
- Proven experience in process excellence, energy management, or a related field, with a focus on energy operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools, such as Lean Six Sigma or Black Belt.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
