Job Summary:
Drive process excellence and finance transformation initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Python (must have):Scripting for data extraction, transformation, API calls, automation; writes clean functional scripts independently
- SQL (must have):Querying Finance datasets; joins, aggregations, sub-queries; extracting insights from ERP / data warehouse tables
- AI-Ready Process Analysis:Analyse Finance workflows, document pain points, identify automation / AI opportunities; BPMN or process modelling experience
- Hands-On AI Tooling:GenAI prompt engineering, RPA scripting, process mining, or LLM-based workflow prototyping (at least one)
- Data Analysis & Finance Reporting in Excel / Power BI / Python / SQL
- Solution Documentation and Delivery Contribution
- Finance Sub-Process Knowledge:At least one tower (OTC, PTP, or RTR)
Professional & Technical Skills:
CA / CPA / MBA Finance / B.Tech / B.E / Bachelors in Data Science - Tier 1 institute
