Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming Customer Support Executives to join our team.
The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting users throughout their platform journey and providing a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with account onboarding and registration
• Explain platform features, rules, and available services clearly
• Help users with account-related queries
• Provide technical support for common platform issues
• Assist customers with login, verification, and account-access problems
• Follow up with users and maintain customer engagement
• Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and WhatsApp/support channels
• Identify recurring technical issues and coordinate with the relevant technical team
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records

Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in Gujarati, Telugu, or Kannada
• Good verbal communication skills
• Customer-service or telesales experience is an advantage
