    The person taking up this role will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of standard compliance reports using data from internal systems and external client platforms. The role requires strong technical capabilities in Advanced Excel, Power Query, compliance Tools to execute reporting processes and generate reliable, high-quality outputs that support business decision-making. The individual must be capable of identifying trends in data, communicating insights effectively, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reporting needs are met with precision and efficiency. A strong commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and continuous process improvement is essential for success in this role.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  11. Execute end-to-end preparation and delivery of standard reports using Excel and data extracted from compliance Tools
  12. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful reports, dashboards, or data summaries
  13. Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using Power Query, Excel formulas, and VBA to reduce manual effort
  14. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all deliverables
  15. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for actionable business insights and operational improvements
  16. Contribute to the reporting automation roadmap and streamline recurring report production
  17. Support issue resolution by conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommending corrective and preventive measures
  18. Take ownership of assigned reporting tasks and projects, working independently with minimal supervision
  19. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and ensure knowledge sharing of report logic, process flows, and automation steps
  20. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and aligned report delivery
  21. Remains comfortable extending support until 1200 EST for Client meetings & discussions
