Experience in HR data analysis, MySQLHR Domain Understanding

prior experience in HR Analytics or Talent Acquisition is an advantageBusiness Acumen

capable of handling tasks independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsExperience working with offshore teams is preferred. Roles and Responsibilities: Data Analytics Insights:Analyze raw data, implement business rules, and generate actionable insights to support talent acquisition strategies. Understand business problems from leads, assist them in report generation and maintenanceProgramming Automation:Develop, optimize, and maintain MySQL queries; knowledge of Python, Excel Macros, and Power BI would be an advantageHR Analytics Business Strategy:Work closely with the team to drive value realization using advanced analytics and technologyProof of Concept Development:Handle data with minimal intervention, perform exploratory analysis, and contribute to optimization of client businessCollaboration:Your day-to-day interactions are with peers within Accenture. You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
